What position/player would you be targeting in with the 10th pick of a rookie draft given the current teams makeup?

Best player available.  Rank the rookies according to your beliefs and then take whichever player is still left at the top of your rankings when it is your turn.  Dynasty is talent based more than anything.  Don't worry about positions in the rookie draft.  Take the player that you think will be the best fantasy player moving forward.  The positions will sort themselves out later.

Is Lynch available in the draft? He's a sneaky target as a potential RB1 for a year or two, and a great Elliott replacement in the short term.
