I am in a PPR league in which each reception is good for 1 point, so receptions are worth more on our league than they our in yours.
Nevertheless, I think that this does NOT mean that WRs should go higher in relation to RBs. All it does is shuffle your RB rankings and WR rankings. The reason for this is that you should draft based on your teams needs and what is left on the board. If you are drafting at the end of the 1st and you feel that there is 1 top notch RB left you take that RB even if SS, Holt and CJ are there for the simple reason that you can get one of these guys next pick.
In short -- nothing changes but internal rankings (IMO).
