My league pretty much knows who the first 8 picks are going to be. Peyton is not in the top 8. I have the 9th pick in the draft and I know for a fact that the owner who is selecting 10th will take Peyton if he falls. If Westbrook falls to me at 9 I think I am forced to take him because it is a point per reception league. I also have considerations to take Reggie Bush.

Is selecting Peyton at 9 foolish?

the owners who passed on Westbrook from the 4-8 range are the ones who are foolish.... and passing on him at 9 is just dumb, especially in PPRLet Manning go to the 10th spot...

If it's PPR I'd take Westbrook or Bush before Manning.
