I'd go Smith and Cobb. i know Cobb has been a disappointment, but the Giants are a great matchup, and it isn't like Parker has been tearing up either. If Cobb doesn't do it this week, he likely just isn't going to.

I would go Parker in this game based on matchup. Look what fuller did last week as the number two WR against tenn.
