2006 NFL DRAFT (1 Viewer)

Well, if its a question, perhaps divide it into two sentences, instead of one giant, unreadable, long sentence, and then use a question mark.

If its a statement, just try to say something less stupid.
Here's my statement: Athletic talent is overwhelmingly the most important factor that determines draft picks in any professional sports leagues.Your statement that the Chargers can't justify their Cromartie selection with his "athletic talent" is ludicrious.
Why are you still bothering?

Wow....we all knew they liked Joseph, but I sure didnt see him in the 1st.
I thought he was a possibility for the Seahawks as a replacement for Hutchinson, but not to the Bucs of all teams. Not as much of a reach as Whitner to the Bills was, though.

Is Lawson overrated at all from playing across from Mario Williams? Just wondering.
I think generally he'd be underrated because of this... I think underrating a player because he plays with other good players is not necessarily sound.
I'm not saying Lawson is over or under-rated, but I don't think your logic adds up.The point being made is that teams focus so much on the playmaker that the guy on the other side gets a free run. Kind of like how Trace Armstrong and Adewale Ogunleye magically put up their career highs for sacks when playing across from Jason Taylor.

You asked him to?

I'm glad you used the wale example, cause he is who I think of first when I think of players who were downgraded because he played on a good defense, who went on to do well at another team.

So glad I didn't trade for that 1.01 in dynasty now. :D
Why?
Maroney in NE, Williams/White in Indy/Car/NYG/NYJ/Jack/Pitt possibly.
That was somewhat predicted anyways. Why does that change your perception is what I'm wondering. The talent difference between Bush and the rest is still huge and he went to a team with a pretty good offense surrounding him, in a dome on the fast track.
Because:1. I think Bush's value is greatly reduced in the eyes of most FFers in NO rather than Hou. Right or wrong I'm rather certain this will be the case.

2. It's one thing to think this ideal situations could happen to the other RBs, it's a totally different one to see it unflod before your eyes.
Either you think Bush is an elite talent or you don't. I hope the guy in my league thinks Bush's value is reduced cause I think I may make a run at the 1.01. I personally like his situation quite a bit more than I liked Houston.

Seahawks already have a replacement for Hutchinson. They'll be drafting defense at 31.

Seahawks dont need a "replacement" for Hutch, theyve got plenty of talent in the pipeline there. Seahawks are in a great position where, with the possible exception of CB, they really have all their starting positions filled.

I think we'll see BPA for them unless they have a DB who is rated highly left sitting there for them.

"This could be the steal of the draft. I had Cromartie as the tenth best player in the entire draft, regardless of position, and outside of Vince Young no prospect has more potential. This guy has rare athleticism along with outstanding size and speed but really makes him special is his ball skills and playmaking ability. There is no doubt that it's a risk with the lack of experience and coming off the injury but if he reaches his full potential he'll be one of the elite corners in the league."Scott Wright, NFL Draftcountdown

interesting in the Sean Salisbury interview with Trent Green in regards to the topic of Carson Palmer that he may "just try to get throught this season" then have a small operation in the next offseason to be 100% for 2007

Chicago radio is reporting they are 100% guarenteed to go WR. Moss or Jackson?

Maybe that was why he was TrINT for awhile with KCC

You're crazy if you think everyone looks at FF this way. I do, but lots of people care a great deal about situation. Lots of people will also think DMac has a far greater chance of splitty carries with Bush than DD. Thus I see his value dropping. It hasn't changed to me.

Why is Justice falling so far?
Well, I did hear on the radio here today that Justice apparently had some connections to the same guys that caused all of those problems with Bush. Plus there were two guys that supposedly tested positive for drugs. Maybe Justice was one of them?

Change the name "Deuce" to "Ricky" and "Bush" to "Deuce", and where are we?
