Not me. I used the Colts one week but switched it up for Indy the next.Anyone done the rookie mistake of using the same team twice?
the more the merrier. less work for me.Wow, Thats alot of people who missed the deadline.
I need to figure out a way to automate the checking. None that I caught from eyeballing it.Anyone done the rookie mistake of using the same team twice?
Hey, I know I missed the deadline. My bad, so don't worry about it. Probably would just open a can of worms for you later if you take my pick now.Good luck to all who remember to submitDamn, I completely forgot about filling in my pick for week 2. Oh well, if you want 1 more person to keep track of, I'd take Pittsburgh since they haven't played this game yet.Otherwise, thanks for running it this year...
I am still in Arn. Quoting this to show you.Week 2 = BaltimoreWeek 1 = Arizona
fixed. Sorry 'bout that.I am still in Arn. Quoting this to show you.Week 2 = BaltimoreWeek 1 = Arizona

You're in excel right? In column four, assuming owner in col A and picks from weeks one and two in cols B and C, type the following:=if(B2=C2,"X","")Double-click on the little box at the bottom right to fill all the way down. This will put an "X" in any row that chose the same team twice, otherwise nothing (blank). If that's not a big enough visual, you could then do a conditional format on col D so any cell with an X becomes bright red/pink whatever.I need to figure out a way to automate the checking. None that I caught from eyeballing it.Anyone done the rookie mistake of using the same team twice?
This may work for now...but in week 4, you'll have to compare each week to each other week. Maybe by the time it gets so confusing, most will be eliminated. You're in excel right? I started a thread in the FFA and got a couple good suggestions on how to do this. It's easy enough to do for one week but I wanted a forumla that I could use for all weeks going forward without a lot of tweeking. I got a couple suggestions here that I think will work fine, need to play around:You're in excel right? Yeah, bryhamm's looks fine.If you're careful to get the "$" in there where he had it, and adjust column pointers, you should just be able to group all the picks by week in columns 2-18, and the check statements in cols 19-whatever. Just drag right across the cols, fill down, and you're set for the rest of the seasonI started a thread in the FFA and got a couple good suggestions on how to do this.
