Who are your 5 favortie players in this years draft? (Not only are they your favorite, but they will be solid to great NFL players)

1) Chris Houston - Arkansas

2) Brady Quinn - QB - ND

3) Kenny Irons -RB- Auburn

4) Jason Hill - WR - Washington St.

5) Paul Soliai - DT - Utah

Not my 5 favorite, but 5 guys that I think will be productive that probably won't be listed very often in here:

Sabby Piscatelli - SS, Oregon St.

Paul Soliai - DT, Utah (yes, I saw he was already listed)

Anthony Gozalez - WR, tOSU

LaMarr Woodley - DE, Michigan

Jonathan Wade - CB, Tenn

Not my top 5 players, but 5 "sleepers" compared to ADP (Leonard isn't really much of a sleeper anymore though - but I've got him just a notch under Lynch as RB3)

RB Brian Leonard

RB Jackie Battle

WR Jacoby Jones

WR Paul Williams

LB Jon Beason

I have to break this into categories.

My Hero:

Eric Weddle

Long may he reign.

Big Names

1. All Day

2. Calvin Johnson

(I would hate to see either bust. Great kids, phenomenal talents.)

3. Dwayne Jarrett

4. Sidney Rice

5. Ted Ginn Jr.

Wish nothing but the best for them all. The first two are a bit immature, but they all seem like great kids and how fun it will be if they translate and look the same in the NFL as they did in college!

Others

1. Mike Walker - I feel like I sort of discovered him when no one else (here or at the primary draft sites) even had him listed, and there's a bit of a connect to my love of EEEEEEEE from a year ago. I graded EEEEEEEE higher than Bloooooooom.)

2. James Jones (He's another longshot I started talking about late in the season before anyone anywhere that I know of. Yes, that kind of thing strokes my ego, sorry. He is so strong it's just... that man among boys things. I don't know if he's an idiot though, so I could change my mind here.)

3. Charles Johnson - Same thing. I hyped him so much, I hope he is superman now.

4. Garrett Wolfe - Just have a thing for the little guys who are never given a chance. Hope he goes all Barry on the league in a couple years! It'll never happen, but I can hope for the kid.

5. Troy Smith - I don't know what's going on with him this off-season, but he was so impressive in interviews, that I really became a fan of his leadership and character. I hope the Brees with wheels comparison plays out and he is a success.

Laron Landry, Joe Staley, Johnnie Lee Higgins, Patrick Willis, Adam Carriker

Certainly there are more talented players in the draft, but these are the guys I want my team drafting.

Whoever the Vikes take !!!!

Either going to be the 'guy they wanted' or 'best player available'. :)

5 underrated players:

1. Marcus McCauley :lmao:

2. Michael Bush- The ability to be the next Shaun Alexander in the right offense

3. Anthony Waters- Assuming good health, could be a future Pro Bowler

4. Maurice Price- Should become the most productive 7th Rounder to come out of this draft

5. Calvin Johnson- If he doesn't go #1, which most expect, it'll be a crime

LaRon Landry - This guy looks to be the best safety to come into the league in a long time and there have been some good one in recent years.

Justin Blalock - Very powerful offensive lineman. Versitile, hard working and smart. Today there is an article about him on nfl.com where he is talking about his interest in coaching. I think people were sleeping somewhat on the talent and full package that this guy is but I have noticed a lot have been giving him more attention over the last week leading up to the draft. I think this guy could be special. He played tackle most of his college career and think he can play anywhere on the line a team needs him.

Patrick Willis - Great player. Outstanding person. Best MLB prospect since Urlacher.

Calvin Johnson - Duh.

Adrian Peterson - All Day.

Laron Landry

Patrick Willis

Calvin Johnson

Leon Hall

Zak DeOssie

ETA: If the Patriots actually packaged both 1sts to move up and grab either Landry or Willis, I'd be in super happy fun dream land.
