I'm on the Mets +102 and o9 (+110) in the Milwaukee/St Louis game
Until Lilly proves his velocity is back and he can locate his pitches, I'll continue to fade him. Mets aren't necessarily the most patient team on the planet, but it's always a lot easier to hit when you're ahead in the count. Figuerora has been fine so far for the Mets, I'll take a chance.
In the other game, Lohse's career ERA is closer to 5 than it is to 4. Something has to give. If memory serves, Kip Wells started out with a few good starts last year for St Louis before imploding. The Cards are going to have to score some runs in order to stay in this game, and I don't think that will be a problem against Manny Parra. Both teams have weak bullpens, I'm getting plus vig here? Yummy.
