Each of the above players has been written off to a large degree by the consensus FF community for 2010, yet most if not all were once fantasy gold.

Please choose who will most likely to return to FF prominence with at least one more year of production in 2010 at or somewhat near the production they had at their peak (at least high enough to be your every week starter, let's say).

Additional rules/clarifications...

(i) Not looking for "breakout seasons" or "sleepers" (e.g. Meachem, Arian Foster, etc.).

(ii) 2009 injured players don't count (e.g. Welker, O. Daniels, A. Gonzalez, etc.)

My nomination for 2009 would be Ricky Williams, who returned after four seasons of FF irrelevance to post combined production of nearly 1,400 yds and 13 TDs. Cedric Benson is also a candidate, but would argue he was more of a "breakout."

My vote is for Palmer. I think he really missed Houshmanzadeh over the middle last year and with added weapons of Bryant, Gresham and Shipley, he will regain confidence and form at least for one more year.

I don't see why Palmer is on the list.I'd like to cast my vote for Cutler.
Primarily b/c Palmer is #15 on FBG rankings after perrenially being Top 5. Cutler is #8, although obviously he did not have a great year last year. But I hear you to some degree. I tried to keep the list to guys who have generally been written off for '10.

Me doeth think Carson Palmer is done and no longer one of the top 15 QBs. Bengals' offense is now smash-mouth.
Me thinks the Bengals will focus more on a WC-style short passing game to better match Palmer's reduced arm strength. As evidenced by the fact they took a TE in the 1st and a possession receiver in the 3rd.

Edward Royal.
Yeah. He was on my original list but then was limited to posting only 14 plus other/none so had to prioritize and leave him off. Lot of talk about Gaffney/Thomas filling the void of Marshall leaving but given Royal's talent easy to see him bouncing back assuming now acclimated to new system. Great weapon and high-character guy.
