Between the injuries, the Dempsey's, the player selections etc, managing this is pretty tough. I am glad this was only a 14 team league, any more would have been ugly.

Look at how many players who were put in to start did not even play a minute through out our league. And a bunch of peoples benches are really short too.

I'm going to end up scoring more with this team than my standard team. It's hard to see that happening very often unless I completely tank in my normal league.

Week's not over yet. You still have Lampard's second game and 15 points will be added to your total with substitutions.

If you get a chance, read up on the sub rules. http://fantasy.premierleague.com/rules/This is not like FFL in where points on your bench stay on your bench. Because Duffy and Herd did not play, the system will automatically put in Defoe and Collins on Thursday.

Overall you did fine. You just ran into a pretty good week from your opponent. Your final score will likely have won many other games once the subs are put in and you have your last game on Wednesday.

I believe it's the standard 4-points assigned by the site.

Yup. The FPL site is the authoritative source for all roster stuff from here on out. You can make one free transfer this week. Every additional transfer during a game week will result in a 4 point deduction from the upcoming week's score. If you don't make a change to your 15 man roster, you can bank one transfer and make two free moves next week. Doing that provides a lot more flexibility.You also get two Wild Cards that allow an unlimited number of transfers during a game week without a points deduction. One WC can be used at any time and the other is limited to the January window. Last year's week one website problems gave everybody a free WC in week two. No such luck this year.Don't forget to check the OP or Google doc to make sure your transfer targets aren't controlled by somebody else.

It can't hurt to post the transfers here if you want in addition to the web site. It may make it easier for people to check if a mistake has been made by transferring a player protected by someone else. Here are the Transfer Rules. =================After selecting your squad you can buy and sell players in the transfer market. Unlimited transfers can be made at no cost until your first deadline.After your first deadline you will receive 1 free transfer each Gameweek. Each additional transfer you make in the same Gameweek will deduct 4 points from your total score (Classic scoring) and match score (Head-to-Head scoring) at the start of the next Gameweek.If you do not use your free transfer, you are able to make an additional free transfer the following Gameweek. If you do not use this saved free transfer in the following Gameweek, it will be carried over until you do. You can never have more than 1 saved transfer.

Payout will be 50/25/15/10 unless there's a huge groundswell for 60/30/10 before the weekend.
