No because there's no such thing as a formal disabled list or injured reserve status. It effectively would become an unenforceable extra roster slot.

I think it's good for the league to have some replacement level talent on the waiver wire. It's going to be hard enough to do this with 14 teams. Even with the smaller rosters, the free agent pool will be shallower by 22 players.

 
Rules Clarifications: post #2 and Fantrax are updated but I wanted to put them in the thread as well

Single FWD formations will be permitted
No restrictions on maximum number of players from any single EPL club (unlike FPL game)
No restrictions on positional composition of bench slots (unlike FPL game) but you must be able to field a legal starting lineup.
