2014 BOLD Predictions (2 Viewers)

Arz and St. L finish 1 and 2 in the NFC West.

Minn and Clev make the playoffs.

L. Miller finishes top 15 among RBs in PPR.

Best rookie fantasy WR is M. Lee.

Wash has a top 3 offense overall; RG3 is top 3 among QBs, Alf top 5 among RBs, DJax top 10 among WRs and Reed top 10 among TEs.

HOU has a top 5 D; Watt and Clowney combine for 40 sacks.

PPR scoring:

  • A healthy Heath Miller finishes as a top 5 TE
  • Bradford finishes as a top 12 QB
  • Jacquizz Rodgers finishes as the highest-scoring RB for ATL
  • Keenan Allen finishes outside the 20 WRs
  • With a stat line of something like 800 rushing yards, 45 receptions for 350 yards, and 10 total TDs, Trent Richardson scores over 220 points and finishes in RB1 territory
  • Fitz has over 100 receptions and finishes as a top 12 WR
  • Davante Adams is a starter for GB before the end of the season
  • Sims is the highest-scoring RB in TB
  • Stepfan Taylor is the starter in AZ before the end of the season

Minnesota wins the NFC North.

Minnesota beats those cheating scumbag Saints in the playoffs and destroys them.

Minnesota beats Denver in the Super Bowl.

I star with Chris Tucker in Rush Hour 4.

I can see the last one... but the first three I doubt

How is this a bold prediction? He's rated #16 in PPR according to FBG. Bold would be like top 5 or something.

Maybe it's on the lower end of bold. Most aren't giving Miller credit for being worth a RB3, though. So it's mildly bold.

Emmanuel Sanders finishes as top 10 WR.

Andrew Hawkins finishes a top 20 WR.

Montee Ball finishes RB1.

Mike Williams revives his career in Buffalo and wins comeback player.

Kyle Rudolph is the #2 TE behind Jimmy Graham.

Mark Ingram has over 1,000 all purpose yards.

LeGarrette Blount outrushes LeVeon Bell.

The Jets produce a Top 20 player at QB, RB, and WR

mega value picks

QB Luck finishes top 2, Tannehill top 10

RB Jeremy Hill top 20, Latavius Murray becomes Raiders starter mid year

WR Kelvin Benjamin top 20, Brandin Cooks top 10

TE Ladarius Green top 5, Travis Kelce top 10

D Jets top 5

Jags over 6 wins

49ers under 10 wins

SB is a rematch

Arizona's John Brown has a better fantasy season than Michael Floyd (and not due to injury)

Josh Gordon eclipses 1800 receiving yards, but finishes no2 behind Calvin Johnson in fantasy points.

Alshon Jeffery finishes outside the top 15 this season

Alfred Morris finishes top 5.

Peyton Manning passes for 56 TDs, eclipsing his own record and spitting in the face of traditional dropoffs that have followed a superhuman season.

In PPR, L. Miller finishes like top five or something.
I'll fade this one and say in PPR and Standard leagues, L. Miller finishes outside the top 32 RBs.
You guys are so bad at this -_-

Lamar finished RB38 last year in PPR. It's not a bold prediction to say he's going to finish where he finished last year.
You just brought up that FBG's ranks him 16th upthread.
A bold prediction is something NOBODY would see coming. If a major site has him 16th and he finished last year a disaster, neither one are exactly bold predictions.

My homer colors might show here with the first two.

  • Brandon Marshall finishes as #1 WR.
  • Cutler finishes top 5 QB.
  • Doug Martin finishes outside the top 30.
  • Terrance West is a top 10 RB in the 2nd half of the season.
  • Darren McFadden does not miss a whole game due to injury all season.
  • Andre Ellington finishes the year in the top 5 for RBs.

My IRRESPONSIBLE Predictions:

1. Jordan Cameron will be the #3 fantasy TE in his division.

2. Andrew Luck will not be a top 10 fantasy QB.

3-7. Garcon, Patterson, Wallace, Watkins, Edelman. None of these guys will lead his team's WRs in receiving yards.

8. McCoy, Charles, Bernard, Lacy, Martin, Peterson, Forte, Bell, Ball, Murray. A year from now, only half of these guys will be top 10 dynasty RBs.

Cam and Foles finish as top 5 QBs

Golden Tate scores more TDs than Calvin

Kendall Wright, top 10 WR while locker is a top 12 QB

The entire NFC WEST has better records than two division champions.

The dolphins tie with the patriots for the AFC east but don't make the playoffs.

Suh gets zero fines this year

AlfMo, who only has 20 receptions in the past 2 seasons, snags 32+ receptions this year.
I would agree with this and almost with Soulfly saying Alf finishes Top 5, but I will say Top 7-8.

Ben Tate finishes RB 15 or better. Not very bold, but many are already writing him off for West.............

Neither Seattle nor San Francisco make the playoffs.

Jeremy Maclin is a top 10 wide receiver.

Brent Celek puts up better numbers than Zach Ertz.

Reuben Randle scores the most fantasy points of all Giants receivers.

Danny Amendola plays in 16 regular season games.

Bradford plays all 16 games, throws for 4,000 and leads the Rams to the playoffs.

Zac Stacy finishes in the top 10 RB's

Rams D sets the sacks record, led by Quinn's 20, Long's 12 and Donald's 10

Going way out on a limb here...

Gordon is given an indefinite suspension BUT stays clean for an entire year and is reinstated week 1 of 2015.

Andre Ellington finishes with more FF points than Jamaal Charles.

Jordan Cameron finishes with more FF points than Jimmy Graham.

Keenan Allen finishes with more FF points than Dez Bryant.

Ben Roethlisberger finishes with more FF points than Andrew Luck.

2014 IRRATIONAL Predictions?
Ok. Martin has been pounded into the ground by his old staff and Lovie Smith did the same with Forte. I know Lovie is more involved with the defense but still.

TB's o-line was bad when Martin was playing and then put it together in the second half of the season. Their backups dominated. Martin is better obviously.

Close to 400 touches meaning about 380+ carries+receptions which he has done before. He was on pace for 428 touches through his first 4 games even though it wasn't effective.

Defenses can't cheat up with their safeties with big man vjax and big man evans on either side.

TB is not going to be a pass heavy offense with Mccown throwing.

I could be less BOLD and say top 5 if that helps but I won't. #1 all the way!

These are definitely bold. Short of an injury to all the later guys I can't even fathom how these could be possible. Way to be. All though I've drafted Ellington in every league I could, so I hope that ones true at least :)

I have AE, Cameron and Allen on one team - actually traded Graham for AE and Cameron, so I sure hope he's right.

But it's BOLD.

I think Pittsburgh beating Baltimore in the Super Bowl is mathematically more likely. Lions are already mathematically eliminated.

The wheels start to come off for Adrian Peterson this year as he only rushes for about 800 yards and 5 TD's finishing outside the top 20 at RB.

This is bold... I'm going to agree though but make it slightly less bold. The wheels start to come off AD this year and he finishes below 4.0ypc for the first time in his career. Similar things happened with LT and Portis in their 8th pro season they fell off a cliff so to speak. They were still fantasy productive, but in their 8th season they just couldn't do it anymore and finally lost that step. I wouldn't be shocked if Peterson's 2014 season looks like LTs 2008 season, 292 carries 1110 yards, 11 TDs.

Peyton Manning goes off yet again... with stats being near what they were last season...

Harvin top 5 WR

Ingram 1400+ all purpose yards

Steve Smith 1000+ 8tds

TY Hilton 100+ rec

New England misses the playoffs
This is bold. Who wins the AFC East? Jets with no secondary? Bills with no QB? Fish with no o-line?
Yeah I know, it is a crazy longshot but we were asked for bold predictions. I guess the Dolphins.

Brady & Belichick are truly a great & historic QB/HC combo but the division they have played in has been ridiculously weak for a very long time.

That weak division giving the Pats the best record vs non-divisional opponents and best post season record for the past 13 years, oh wait that was spygate. :coffee:
