Good picks. I almost drafted Molina a few times, but just couldn't understand why he was still available and that made me reconsider. If we're going by just stock rankings from ESPN, Molina was the biggest mystery of the whole draft. $19 auction value, ranked 52nd by Cappy Cockcroft. By comparison, Khris Davis carries a $5 value and is ranked by Cockcroft at 227.

:shrug: probably a reason why I haven't won one of these since 2008.

I've passed on Molina for at least 5 rounds now. I just don't do the whole positional value thing but he's a good player.

People are gunshy about a guy who is 31 with tons of miles and a seemingly impossibly good run the last few years. I might have taken him here, but I hate catchers. I always get burned taking them even at this point.

No doubt that Molina was value at this point, but at least part of the difference is he is hurt pretty badly by no AVG category.

Yup.

And the decent OBP he does have is largely AVG based.

It's a great value. Tough to knock, really. I just know I'd be responsible for him tearing his ACL if I drafted him, and I can't have that on my conscience.

Right. Just can't get into a .340 OPB and 12 homers right now. Even if far better than these other ####ty catchers.

I wasn't even looking at Molona until rudi took Liriano. I don't really like catchers, but it's nice to have one that isn't going to hurt me in any cat.
