Yeah, I know - it's a real bummer.

After the injury, he came back and sat in the stands to watch the remainder of the game.

Then after the game in the locker room he gave a small speech to the team basically saying that it's always next man up, and OSU is a team, not just a few key players.

He should have been a legit player in the Heisman conversation, but I get that that was unrealistic.

Mariota has this thing all but won. It will probably be one of the most lopsided votes in recent memory. The only outside chance he doesn't win is if he implodes vs. Arz, they lose and Godon go nuts vs. tOSU (like 300 yds and 4 TDs nuts) and they win.

Even then I think Mariota wins but it will be close.
