Another 2nd round pick, some fringe "asset." I actually think Philly takes Mudiay at 3 if they stay put. What exactly are philly and Orlando swapping there?
Lots of chatter yesterday that moving Vonleh or Zeller was to make space to take Frank the Tank. What are the Hornets doing?
Like the OKC idea a lot for Philly. Do you think taking on Novak and P Jones would be enough? That would be about $5.75 + whatever they would have to pay #14.Philly moves down, acquires more assets and drafts Hezonja. IF there's a player they covet at 14....they'll move OKC's pick next year back to OKC for the 14 and some salary dump.
Much better chance they strike a deal to get into the Top19Hoping for a bang from the Celtics, but expecting a whimper.
Something about the overload of rumors just makes me think they don't have enough to
complete a trade for an All-Star.
According to Laker fans the Lakers just got 4 from the Knicks for Boozer and Swaggy P.Speaking of train wrecks, any rumours on what the Knicks plan on doing?
Heard on two different podcasts yesterday that they are dying to get Russell.Speaking of train wrecks, any rumours on what the Knicks plan on doing?
Hinkie would use that to get a kings ransom from the Knicks if they had anything worth trading.Heard on two different podcasts yesterday that they are dying to get Russell.Speaking of train wrecks, any rumours on what the Knicks plan on doing?
Good thing they won those meaningless games in the last week of the season.Heard on two different podcasts yesterday that they are dying to get Russell.Speaking of train wrecks, any rumours on what the Knicks plan on doing?
And Houston is trying to get Aldridge AND LoveRumors are at an all time crazy overload.
If you believe what you read today, 29 teams are trying to acquire Aldridge and Cousins.....AND move up in the draft.
I think you are misreading that report - they are looking at ways to get enough room to get one of them. That would mean getting rid of Ariza and probably Jones. And Houston is trying to get Aldridge AND LoveRumors are at an all time crazy overload.

Kevin Ding (Bleacher Report) "Now expecting" Lakers to take Russell at 2.
Maybe on offense, but not on D.I think Russell is the wrong choice at #2. I believe Okafor is the obvious guy here. He's Tim
Duncan.
exactly, he is a liability on defense and his free throw shooting is horrible.Maybe on offense, but not on D.I think Russell is the wrong choice at #2. I believe Okafor is the obvious guy here. He's Tim
Duncan.
If he was Tim Duncan, he'd be going to the Wolves. The two items mentioned cost him the chance to be taken #1.exactly, he is a liability on defense and his free throw shooting is horrible.Maybe on offense, but not on D.I think Russell is the wrong choice at #2. I disagree. The reason JO slipped from #1 has to do with his defense and a perception that he doesn't love the game, he isn't hungry. Forde was saying that his agents brought in a bunch of new trainers since the season ended and he had no interest in working with them. He's been using the same trainer since 8th grade and has said repeatedly he will "stick to the script."I think Russell is the wrong choice at #2. I believe Okafor is the obvious guy here. He's Tim
Duncan.
More like Tim Uncan. :rimshot:Maybe on offense, but not on D.I think Russell is the wrong choice at #2. I believe Okafor is the obvious guy here. He's Tim

I usually support picking the best player available, but if the Lakers have a legit shot at Aldridge or Love, I can understand not drafting another big.I think Russell is the wrong choice at #2. I believe Okafor is the obvious guy here. He's Tim
Duncan.
He's fine. Not a star or anything at this point and he's not an amazing athlete so he'll never be an all-defensive team guy, but he's got great vision and a high basketball IQ so he should be ok once he learns the schemes and what not.How is Russell on defense?
