***2016 FBG T-shirt exchange - OFFICIALLY COMPLETE WITH 100% PARTICIPATION** (1 Viewer)

I was having a pretty bad day yesterday.  My sprinkler broke and was getting soaked trying to dial it in.  We have had some site issues that were stressing on me and all in all I was a bit grumpy.  Then the UPS man left a package.  It was from Keerock.  Talk about turning a frown upside down.

I hurriedly ran inside and opened the box of goodies.  I think I ended up with the best haul of anyone.  Three shirts and two beer glasses. Still smiling ear to ear a day later.

As an owner of a Dashhund I'm jealous of the shirt on the left.

As a native Detroiter who spent a lot of time up in Frankenmuth,  I'm jealous of the haul.  But have to ask why he didn't send chicken, seasoning or Christmas garb.

There were 3 shirts I tried to get in Frankenmuth, but couldn't find or didn't have the right size:

Bavarian Inn (famous chicken dinners)
Bronner's Christmas Wonderland (obscene Christmas shoppe that's open year round)
Kern's Sausages - "Parking in the Rear"

Anyway... glad you liked the swag David... a little taste of SE Lower Michigan

Did I just see Zehnders (chicken restaurant) now has a water park? :excited:

Yeah... it's been there for a while now... complete with a huge hotel...  next to Bronner's.

The hotel tries to serve chicken dinners like the restaurant(s)... but it's just not the same.

Nice job Kee!  Really like the Detroit shirt. Couldn't tell what the one on the bottom of the pile was.

It was a "generic" Frankenmuth, MI shirt with a Red, White and Blue eagle.  Thought it was cool and picked it up at the Bavarian Inn when I couldn't find one that advertised it...

Can't find my USPS receipt with the tracking number, but my box went out to central texas on Friday. Tried to go all in on the Ft Knox packaging this year since my first one got trashed in transit last year,so hopefully it weathers the trip in good condition.

Make sure you keep my name listed as "In" for next time too. Shopping for the shirt is near as much fun as getting one.

Thanks Kutta!

Got my package from Righetti

Couple good shirts, one is an abstract (custom made?) shirt with what I'm guessing is the NY subway system.  Other is a #TeamRiley FBG shirt, good stuff.  Need to take a couple pics.

Thanks bud.

I'm going to have to out myself here - ironic, considering I #####ed up a storm about not getting one last year.

I am in the middle of prepping a 25+ witness trial which starts on Wednesday.  My attention for the last couple of weeks have been focused elsewhere.  I do have two items, but want to get  some more.  I will send out next week.

Please forgive me, FBG in MN. I'll make it worth your while.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll make a note that you will be late in sending. Please be sure to get it out by next week. We are going to have to have people fill in for those who didn't send anything pretty soon.

After pulling a long day of trial prep, got home last night to a box of swag from BroncoFreak_2k3.

Three awesome shirts, a pint glass, a koozie, and a John Elway card (my son will love that).  Great haul!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I will have to post pics later.  Kind of busy right now, but I at least wanted to post a big thanks for all the great stuff.

 glad it got there safe. Enjoy.

Thanks to FUBAR for the haul, which is out of this world!  I received these several weeks ago so sorry for the late post.

Spaced Out

 Astronaut's beverage of choice
   glad to see the beer made it alright.  The monkeynaut is probably my favorite local brew.  I wish I had gotten over to get you a Straight to ale shirt, but hope the NASA stuff is cool out there.  As you might imagine, NASA (we're the home of Space Camp) is pretty big around here.

Have you met @spOOfy ?!?

Acquired last of my items during lunch today.  Will be shipping out tomorrow.

Should have been done last weekend but two of the places I tried didn't have any XXL.

Should be able to finish up and send out this weekend.

Guys, we're doing great, but there are still a lot of folks that haven't sent anything or indicated they will be sending soon. I'm going to keep bumping this over the next few days in the hopes that everyone sees it.

And PLEASE, update the spreadsheet in the OP when you send or receive a package.

Can someone post a picture for me..my work phone and computer are shutting me out..pm me and I will email a picture to you.

I seriously considered sending my stalkee a Coney Island making kit, but passed. My wife did a girls weekend wine/distillery tour up in Traverse City and got home Monday.  Something cool from up there heading to the heart of NYC.

I don't know what's wrong with me, I've had my package ready to send for well over a week. Remembered to take the box with me today, sending after work!

Got a sweet haul from The Ref on Saturday. 3 shirts and some coaster swag. Thank you sir!!!!

Mine will be shipping out on Wednesday to Philly. I won't be sending my shine box though.  ;)
Glad you liked it!  We have quite the brewery boom down here.  Due south has the best shot of becoming south floridas ballast point.  Copperpoint is a local joint with an incredible tap room.  Dixe was just a resturaunt two years ago but the son took it over from his parents.   He expanded the bar to have 70'handles and he's filled them with all local craft beers and started brewing his own.
