No one had the Celts going this far, me included. Lots of great experience for the kids. Would have liked a final shot but realistically they are overmatched at this point. Too many injuries. 

Repect to Lebron and Cavs fans - best of luck in the finals 

 
Wasn't a great game 7, but this was a great series.  LeBron is better than ever.  Have no idea how he brought this #### team to the Finals.

Boston is intriguing.  Add Kyrie and Gordon Hayward to this group and watch out.  Tatum is going to be amazing.  We saw the first flashes of a perennial All-Star in these playoffs.  His career will be fun to watch.

I watched it, but I don't think it was a great series. Every game was blowout until this brickfest

 
Terry and Brown 3-22 from 3, there is your game right there. Not contested 3's either, just missed shots.

Tough finish but a great accomplishment for the C's to get this far  :banned:

LeBron is phenomenal.  Horrible day for basketball due to the shooting display, but LeBron just is so dominant.

 
I could see liking the Celtics (aside from Smart), as long as they aren't playing the Cavs. Tatum is really impressive, I have no hard feelings against Kyrie, and I like Heyward. Smart can eff off, and Horford has never impressed me, particularly during his Hawks days. All that being said, it's a group that could be easy to root for.

I think that's just modern basketball.  When teams shoot 40 threes a game, it's tough for a game not to be a blowout when one team is hitting them and the other team is missing.  Only reason this one was close was because both teams were cold for most of the game.

 
Lebron James is the man! Don't see him playing anywhere but Cleveland next year. Maybe we get a swirve and see PG3 come to Cleveland 

But yeah, you knew Cleveland would steal a road game. Boston was too good at home and they lapsed when the pressure was highest.

Not in this series. The Cavs did it in game 3 and in game 6 they both teams shot well from 3. Other than that both teams weren't good. 

 
Congrats to Lebron and the Cavs, great season for the Celtics but still hurts that they choked this game away. Rozier picked the wrong time to play his worst game of the season, surprising considering he was strong on the road in Game 6.

Lue always looks like he just drank a gallon of Kool-Aid

My soul is weary from needing LeBron to be stopped and it not coming to pass. A true champ.

Only imagine if the 76ers took him. He's a stud. So impressive what he did as a rookie. He thrived off the ball. He thrived as the man. There's no better fit than him (combo of talent/rookie contract) next to Simmons/Embiid in the league. Doesn't matter what expectations anyone has for Fultz going forward. He will never ever ever be a better fit there than Tatum. Just a monumental blunder.

People were saying that before that draft too, which is what makes it worse.  Like you said, even if Fultz becomes a top 10 PG, he still doesn't fit with Simmons.  Tatum could fit on any team in the league IMO.

Been watching him all year, never complained about calls - so cool and even/keeled. Then playoffs rolled around and the arms are in the air every call against and non-call for. I get why you say this but it’s a new phenomenon - was totally likeable all year. Needs to cut that #### out.

 
If Warriors win I can't see the series going more than 5.  

If Houston wins, who knows.  I can see anywhere from a Cavs sweep to a Rockets sweep.
