2018 College Football Thread: Local man buys some teenage champions a 4 for 4 (3 Viewers)

After being thoroughly dismantled by Army last week, our beloved Bulls back on track with a 34-24 win on the road over Central Michigan.  Up to 5-1 (2-0) and somehow inexplicably almost bowl-eligible in early October.  Looked like a wild and rowdy crowd of like 1,200 people on a rainy day in Mount Pleasant.

Bulls for the Beefs Bowl!!!

What keeps texas out of the playoffs.  Serious question.  Win out and they are in.
Assuming undefeated Bama, OSU, Clemson

Leaves 1 loss Georgia, 1 loss Texas, 1 loss Washington, undefeated Notre Dame

Way too early for this, but I would think unbeaten ND goes over them

Let's just start the calculus by saying Alabama is taking 1 spot.  That's a given, IMO.  So there are 3 spots up for grabs.

If Georgia's only loss is to Bama in the championship game, they're getting in too.

If Ohio State wins out, they are in.  I think that's likely after beating Penn State.

Clemson should win the crappy ACC, no matter who plays QB.  Undefeated Clemson goes.

Then what if Notre Dame runs the table?  Texas is not leapfrogging them.

And I won't even mention a 1 loss Washington or Oregon (big game next week) because it's pretty laughable that the committee will take the Pac12 seriously.  I don't and I'm a homer.

Lotta traffic ahead of Texas on their road to a playoff spot.
