My streaming (youtube tv) is 20-30 seconds behind but the picture is 5x better than my cable. Cancelling that #### Monday.

Has every sports channel I can think of other than the nfl network. Had every CFB game I wanted today. Has most other basic cable channels you can name off. Food; tbs, tnt, etc

Tua posted ridiculous stats again...26 of 31 with 4 TDs.  QB whisperer Cutcliffe:

“Well, he’s incredible,” said Cutcliffe. “He's accurate. He's poised. His release is so compact and supple and quick. He can throw on the run.“But I said this -- I've studied him now. I had never studied him until this summer. I think he's going to be a great quarterback this year, and he will play in the National Football League a long time. He's going to be a great player.”

The clock operator for USC should get the game ball.  That last 5 minutes or so was a masterpiece.

It's amazing to me how that #### goes unnoticed.

Meanwhile, San Diego State beat Weber State, 6-0. There were 19 first downs and 19 punts combined.

The O/U was 36 1/2.

:lmao:
I thought football games west of the Rockies weren't allowed to end until the combined score was 110.  Huh, learn something new every day.

I say bench Bentley and play Hilinski. Other than that start handing out pink slips.

Oh, congrats on Burch. I'm sure he'll look good in orange.
Was chatting with friends and my brother in law last night. They’re all done with Muschamp.  I figure you’re right and that he has to bench Bentley, I wonder if that angers dad.

I like to take shots for fun but I actually do hope you guys do well. A large number of friends and family went there and I enjoyed my time living there.

It's fine to be done with the current coach.  The hard part is who you get to replace him.  Who do they think would realistically consider the job that's significantly better?

Good question. Don’t know.

Tony Elliot will be a popular game, but no way they take a Clemson alum and current coach.

Id guess they would throw huge money at Mike Leech. He’s shown that he’d go SEC.

What's so hard about it?  Muschamp is meh as a coach.  Plenty of coaches would go to the SEC (and the $$$) and take that job.  There's plenty of talent in SC and surrounding states to win with.

From a pure social perspective, Leech would be pure awesomeness in the SEC

I have been more negative on Bentley for a while, but it is really amazing how a 4th year senior shows no ability to go through progressions.  Still don't know how he played so well in Clemson last year.

Muschamp is good at recruiting but consistently gets outcoached.  His teams show no heart and play beneath their talent level

In the Dallas airport now.  I couldn't wear Ducks attire today because it would be too painful to talk to random people about the game.  Unbelievably frustrating ending.  I hate football right now.

Mario can recruit, but he can't coach

Not as good as the 4th best team in the SEC.  Sigh.
Somehow, none of the endless wave of Ducks assistants and analysts in those shiny $109 Nike polo shirts knew that rule — that a player couldn’t “buy back into the game” with a timeout, as the referee explained it. Oregon blew back-to-back timeouts amid the bedlam.

Ouch
They actually blew a 3rd timeout, their first of the 1st Half.  When they weren't prepared to run THE FIRST PLAY OF THE EFFING GAME/SEASON.

Nails it.  I've been saying this since....well, since forever.  The inability to implement sound, proven, strategic football logic at the right time drives me insane.  Past regimes did it too.  It is maddening.  Charisma is great, it doesn't win games when it matters. When you get outcoached by Gus Malzhan it's time for some serious introspection.

Clock f'n mismanagement.  It's incredible to me that that continues to be this school's great undoing.

Love neutral site games...early or late...but that post-loss travel back is the worst.  Feel your pain buddy.

I'm not above taking shots as well. I'm sure you've noticed. 😎 It's all in good fun for me as well even though it may not always appear that way. I have family, friends, co-workers, etc. that are Clemson fans who I see daily. I live this rivalry 24 /7 for the most part.

As far as I'm concerned Daddy Bentley can hit the road as well. He was our RB coach last year and you see how they performed. I have a feeling he's going to leave when Jake leaves. A year too late if you ask me. I think the AD may have to be the first to go. Helluva baseball coach but maybe not great in his current role. I don't think I would allow him to hire another football coach.

Best of luck with your season even though I can't pull for you. 😎

I say throw a bunch of money at Venables. Then a bunch more for proven coordinators. His wife can still be relatively close to family if I have it right.

I agree with @General Malaise, they could've/should've won.  Auburn's defense is going to shut down a lot of teams this year. (and Gus will still #### it up)
Yeah, lots of coulda, shoulda, wouldas in every game. But one messed up handoff goes right and they are certainly up 17-3 if not  21-3 at the half. Second half then plays a lot different. That had nothing to do with the coaching.

The dropped TD catch was painful.  Almost as bad as the missed 12 yard FG.  But the mistakes by the kids I can live with.  The mistakes made by the coaching staff are much harder to cope with.  They are inexcusable and they happen far too often.  I would have hoped last year's game against Stanford would have been a teachable event for this team but alas, they have learned nothing. They operate with hubris and I just find it offputting.

Going to root for the Millsaps Majors only until my son goes to college, then I'll root for his school's team.  I hope he gets accepted at Clemson or Bama.

Awe man, I thought Oregon looked like one of the better teams I watched this weekend. Crazy fast on both sides of the ball and good line play.  I know it sucks to lose a big one early, but you could have it a lot worse.

All relative to expectations I guess.

College football.

Amazing seeing the QB you watched every move of and felt like you knew personally for 3 years wearing another college uniform. Pulling for Jalen!

If OU has 3 straight Heisman QBs I'm going to burn my autographed Billy Sims photo.
