***2019 Summer Stalker T-shirt Exchange. Get the package out ASAP or be outed soon** (2 Viewers)

Don’t make my mistake and tell the post office that there is liquid in the package. Not a huge deal, but it’s ground shipping only (7 days) for the same price as priority (2 days).

If you’re in AZ, look for a package next Friday!
I'm in AZ but I'll be in Denver tomorrow...

If it's me, I'm back Sunday night.

having the same issue.  The package is sitting in a bag next to me right now, just have to get to a post office.

now that's specific.    ;)
well, turns out that the 4th of July really threw me off this year. i thought it was in June so it was safe to ship

Package has been sent out, somewhere in the south. Should arrive on or before July 8th.

Reminder either post in this thread or pm me when you send/receive a package so I can keep track.

Also, recommended to post pics of your haul

south of..... Canada?

the Canada in Detroit? or the one in Oregon?

@Ketamine Dreams sent me a sweet package with a six pack, two t's, an apron, and some local rub.  I'll post up picks when I take some good ones.

Big thanks to Mr. Dreams, I'm drinking the Fairy Nector as I type this.

As for me, I'm accumulating stuff and will finish up when I'm in Rehoboth Beach the week after next.

Thanks for organizing this cool exchange.

shout out to bananafish from last year.  Wearing my "Seal Beach" t-shirt proudly today.  it is a little tight in the bicep area.  {yea right}

signed up for a medium, hoping to receive a small so i can wear an obnoxiously tight shirt around my wife when we go out in public.

@ffweasel TOTALLY hooked me up! What an awesome package!

But, sadly, most of it was destroyed. A bottle of beer broke in the package, and all of the cans exploded. I was able to salvage some of it, but I am so bummed that I'm going to miss out on part of it too. The pics below are what was salvaged - but there were five more beers (I think, it really was a mess in there...).

I'm pretty sure part of the problem with the cans was the package sat on my front porch for at least a day in 110 degree heat. The bottle was broken in shipping though, because there was a note from the mail person saying it was damaged.

But, I am totally psyched to try the bourbon, and the shirt is exactly what I like, so a big THANK YOU to ffweasel!

Doh! That sucks. I was worried about the beers sitting out in that heat, but the bottle breaking was probably my bad packing even though the box should have been marked fragile. Sorry, man. It was a nice assortment of Chicago craft beer. So disappointed.

efffffffffffff

mine should be landing tomorrow'ish. quick check of weather.com tells me temps are expected to top 130 where my recipient lives. godspeed baby pigs inside.

I am so psyched for the whiskey and the one beer that was saved. And, the shirt is perfect! So seriously, thank you! It does suck that there was carnage, but what remained is pretty damn awesome too.

I didn't have the heart to snap photos. I almost did, but then I thought it would be like taking pics of a horrible accident with dismembered bodies and beer flowing in the streets. Only truly insane people and FBG's would appreciate it, and that just felt wrong.

Seek out Revelation Brewery.  Delicious.

I grew up in Wisconsin, and clearly, my stalker has some strong Wisconsin roots. I could not be happier. What a score! And check out the hat I get to wear to the parade today and at the block party after. Perfect for the 4th. Only hard part will be making sure I get home with it still on my head (I'm not working tomorrow).

I haven't lived in WI for 30 years; friends have told me for years about New Glarus beers. I've never had one. That ends Saturday night when my good buddy who has a great appreciation for beer comes over. What a treat.

And the shirts rock too!

Thanks GB. You killed it!

Would assume that it is furley

Sorry, didn’t mean to out furley.  I assumed people generally liked to give and get credit for their stuff.  But it should have been furley’s choice.

One sends a note with their package.

It’s not a secret, once it’s sent. You can even announce, to your stalkee, in thread, to be on the look out.

That being said, 1st shirt and beer purchased. Going to go on a beer tasting soon, to collect the rest.

Doh,  I forgot to include a note  :bag:

I will be stopping briefly in Shawano (wife's hometown) next weekend, on our way up north to Eagle River.
that's about an hour west of me. decent public beach there that's popular. don't know a whole lot more about it than that.

Eagle River is hugely popular for fishermen and cabin goers. have fun

Been going up to Shawano for 25+, traveling to wife’s folk’s house. I’m not very popular in my Bears gear! ;)

Not sure when we will be back up there, but will have to try to arrange a get together!

I've had the goods, in a box, for over a week now. Just haven't made it to the post office. No later than Monday.
