 Well, this has gone exactly as expected.  I would congratulate Sixers fans on the series win but folks will think I'm trying a reverse jinx.  You can't reverse jinx Atlanta my friends.  Oh well - watching Trae makes losing bearable - so much fun.

his shot over Maxxey hurt my heart. Was a wonderful play by him

 
If sixers end up doing anything major look back on this win.  And the emergence of Maxey

  He better play major minutes going forward.  Should have before this

lol, what was it 4 for Ben or 6? and how many came in under 2 minutes. C'mon now, i thought you were better then just a boxscore checker.

 
so if you are Doc and the Sixers, do you opt to tank the first half and not build a big lead since it seems to not work as well for them?

 
here is that clip from the double technicals, i am not sure how they didn't give Trae anything. i guess it is one of those where it is good to be short since it didn't impact anybody too much?

i assume Collins will get a fine for the kick too, but don't think that will matter much. Also don't think anybody of any signiicance came off the Hawks bench so NBA will happily take them out of the game

Must have missed what Trae did.

Embiid pursuing Collins for quite a distance was not smart.

Fortunately for Joel he didn't push him or throw a punch or the NBA would be in a mess if this series went to a game 7 still. 

Young seemed more so trying to break things up then anything though

it was a good ploy by Collins because you could see Embiid was frustrated i the game. probably could have accomplished it without kicking him though, the laughable offensie foul call on Embiid was sure to be enough to get him to do that anyway

makes sense for both sides, so Brad Stevens may be a suitable GM. Tough pill to swallow but i don't think he had any options but to give up a 1st to get off Kemba's contract. 

if you are Horford and Kemba, i have no idea how you feel right now. Kemba can't be too pleased, and you would think the way things went with Horford the first go, Heyward, and now Kemba people may not be too excited to go to Boston. 

and i know Kemba was injured a bit, and likely will be for the rest of his career, but his points won't magically appear with him off the team (when he was healthy. I have to think OKC sends him somewhere else before the season, no idea why they would hold onto him

My point is in most of these games the Sixers have out shot attempts wise ATL by a large margin in FTs attempted. All has only had 1 game of 30 plus FTs sixers 3 in the series. If Sixers had made more of their FTs they'd have won this series already. There's a lot of complaining about nothing.

ATL took a blocking call tonight that was a clear push off and offensive foul

NBA refs suck and most inconsistent. However get back to me when your best defender is called for 2 quick fouls in an important game for breathing on Lebron and your point guard is getting assaulted all game but someone's pinky touches Lebron and it's whistles galore. Then complain to me. Play Lebron in the playoffs constantly then you might have legit complaints on officials not calling things for ya.
