2020-21 NBA *Playoffs* Thread: Bucks are the champs and you can take that to the bank bromigos (2 Viewers)

I rode my bike through the DD on the way to work this morning. It looks quite a bit different than the past few weeks.  The entire downtown area surrounding the Fiserv will be closed off at noon today.  My son (16) is going with some buddies and I'm honestly a little bit concerned - the crowd will be out of control.
My 19 year old and 16 year old daughters wanted to head down there tonight, we told them to stay home and skip it, it will be too crazy.  My oldest had a friend who had her drink drugged a few weeks ago.  As much fun as it may look I would imagine it is a nightmare getting in and out of there.

Damn, would be a life-long memory and experience for them.

You have reason to. Earlier I mentioned I was at The Celtics beating Houston for the championship in 86. It was crazy and basically a riot. I don't think they are allowed to do this anymore but I was launched when I was struck by the back end of a horse. The police would ride these horses and spin them in crowds to disperse the crowd. No healthcare at the time but I'm pretty sure I had a busted rib. These crowds do get scary when they gain momentum.

Will be awesome if the Bucks can pull this off at home tonight. Wisconsin might not have any work productivity for the rest of the week.

I can't think of any other game where I've been this excited, but don't care what happens.  It's weird.

I'm not sure it bodes well for Jalen Smith's NBA career that he couldn't beat out Kaminsky for the 3rd center job. Dude is just getting shredded on defense.

Love how the reporter wears a mask and stands 6 feet away, meanwhile a million maskless crowd stand shoulder to shoulder outside.
Good for the reporter. It’s not her job to get other people to wear a mask. When I went to games over the last few weeks I wore my mask. What do I care if those other dirt balls  catch delta.

If that's why, cool.

But since every single reporter in the playoffs has done the same thing, it is most likely she is told she has to do it and it is primarily for optics.

Good first half. Ayton has left a lot of points out there. I wish Ayton would throw the ball down instead of "guiding" the ball in.

Suns fortunate the Bucks played poorly in Q2 and got fortunate end of some calls, but nothing egregious.

Monty may have finally coached his team to not go at Holiday...so there's that.
