You do realize that a.) I'm not an Avs fan (though I do love me some Makar :wub: ) ... and b.) two of Kadri's playoff suspensions were the result of things he did against the Bruins?

But I don't hold that against him for what happened the other night. Just as I don't think Barbashev did anything wrong on the Girard hit just because he got suspended for smoking Grzelcyk in 2019.

As yes, I will call out Marchand when he does something dumb ... and not hold it against him when he doesn't. :shrug:

Yes, I am aware. I was speaking in more general terms. 

Makar is definitely awesome to watch.  The Avs are not a dislikable team at all, but all it takes is one POS like Kadri to make it easy to root against them.  

 
Kadri is a good player, I don't think anyone would deny that.  He is still a dirty POS.  It's funny seeing Avs fans and even the official Avs twitter account showing their asses by defending him.  I guess they don't know you can root for your team and not have to defend the dirty players on it.  Same people would probably have been singing the praises of Bill Romanowski had Twitter existed in 1997-1998 (I love the Broncos, but even back then, having to root for that guy made me wince a lot).

He is unreal.  Short of Kadri running him over in the finals, I don't see any team left beating the Lightning four out of seven.  It's been nearly 40 years since a team won three Cups in a row (the Islanders team that won four in a row), but I think it's about to happen. Amazing.
