Too many scandals.  Like others, campus OB:GYN diddled students for years. High ranking doctor railing meth with girls leading to an overdose, coaches and admin taking bribes from Singer, etc. Sarkissian drinking and more. They want Fickell. She won’t hire Meyer

Yeah, I've been on the Fickell train since they hired Boner.  Makes too much sense, especially now.  I don't buy for a second that he wants to remain in Ohio vs LA with the kind of money USC will throw him.  

Still, Meyer is about as close as you can get to a guaranteed return on investment in college.  Short term, anyway.

If what @Judge Smails is true, then they won't hire him because scandal is stuck to him like a cheap suit.  Florida and Ohio State had controversies surrounding him.  If ever there was a chance to be SC coach, Urbs flushed that down the toilet with the coed at his restaurant.

 
Yesterday marked the 100th anniversary of the last time Ohio State lost to an in-state school in football.

The Ohio State Buckeyes, fresh off a Rose Bowl trip the year before, dropped a 7-6 decision to the Oberlin College Yeomen, which was four times smaller than Ohio State.

In the three previous meetings between the schools, Ohio State outscored Oberlin, 211-0, including a 128-0 win in 1916.

Oberlin was in the midst of a 7-0-1 undefeated season and only gave 25 points all year.

The program for the game showed the construction of Ohio Stadium, where the ground was broken only two months before.

There are photos of the construction in the article.  Just in case you don't know, Ohio Stadium sits on the east bank of the Olentangy River near campus.

 
The Red River Rivalry exchanges THREE trophies?

There are three Red River Showdown trophies exchanged based on the outcome of the game. The best known of these is the Golden Hat, which is a gold ten-gallon hat, formerly of bronze. The trophy is kept by the winning school's athletic department until the next year. A newer trophy, the Red River Rivalry trophy, has been exchanged between the two student governments since 2003. The governor of Texas and governor of Oklahoma also exchange the Governors' trophy and frequently place a bet on the game such as the losing governor having to present a side of beef to the winning governor, often donated to charity.

 
Wow that was so late. I dont like OSU but that was a baby tap called Roughing and it was like 2 minutes after the play was over that they called it. 

 
OU pretty close to giving up. Clearly outclassed in this one. UT has a lot of frustration to take out on OU, they might win this one by 60

 
Friends it’s time to empty your accounts on the in-game line of UT -12.5. There is no way OU covers that. 

 
I don’t think Rattler just got Wally Pipp’d or anything but clearly you have to start to integrate Williams a bit more 

 
If my group texts are any indication the fanbase is done with Rattler, lol. He made two pretty terrible decisions back-to-back on that last drive. Guy might just be dumb as hell. 

 
Just got home and see another defensive struggle has broken out in the Big XII. Only 45 points so far? Slackers.

Why do they have a fan on Bevo?  Longhorns are bred to survive the heat as they were indigenous to the Iberian peninsula.

 
Mel Tucker better damn well get some coach of the year votes (is that an award?).  He rebuilt that team in a hurry and did it without any fanfare and little expectations.  6-0 and just rolling.
