Unless the Eagles really struggle with their longest road trip of the season, or play way off their potential they should handle the Cardinals pretty comfortably this week.
The Cards are a pretty blitz heavy team and they do a fair bit of coverage disguise and rotation. They’re not especially good on D because they don’t have great players, but Vance Joseph will call the game aggressively and take some chances.
I want to see how they build in help for Driscoll, assuming Mailata is out (or even if he’s in and less than 100%). JJ Watt isn’t what he used to be, but he will still be a tough assignment for Driscoll to handle on his own.
Also want to see them do a better job of building answers for the blitz into the route packages. The protection should hold comfortably as long as they have the numbers, but if the Cards send more than the Eagles pick up, I want Hurts to have a quick throw built in.
Eagles win 27-17
