2023 Training Camp Thread (1 Viewer)

Everyone's least favorite WR:
Quentin Johnston absolutely MOSSING his defender 😳

Johnston and Justin Herbert have reportedly had a “special connection” so far at Chargers training camp.

Johnston’s speed and size have reportedly caused “issues” for almost every Chargers’ DB he’s faced.

Johnston has been running “exclusively” with the Chargers first team and has been used in all three areas of the field (short, middle, deep).

Looks like #Patriots rookie WR Demario Douglas is ahead of Kayshon Boutte early on. Douglas spent some time early on with Mac Jones, DeVante Parker, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Rhamondre Stevenson, Hunter Henry, Mike Gesicki, Kendrick Bourne, Tyquan Thornton and Pierre Strong.

that george pickens play at #1, illegal contact, holding, PI, taunting, and ending with unsportsmanlike conduct, gotta love the energy all in one play, let's go!

best part is it's vs JPJ, who was super grabby in college and they've been trying to drill into him "the way you played in the B1G won't fly on Sundays"

perfect

Early, but not really seeing anything about Sean Tucker or Zach Evans in camp. Two guys that I have identified as targets at the top of round 3 for fairly obvious reasons. I'm also not sure which footballguys legacy prospect I prefer more, but I'm eventually going to need some form of positive buzz in camp or pre-season given the lack of draft capital.

There isn’t much to know until pre-season games get going. That’ll be when the hype starts. Especially if someone like Tucker looks exponentially better than Vaughn.
