Just to be clear, the table with all 32 teams is Fantasy Football Points Allowed to DST, e.g., those are the most generous offenses.

The second table is the scoring format for DSTs in one specific league so you can piece together how appliable that might be for your own league's scoring format.

And.....just so I am clear on your League's defenses and your table.....the New York Giants defense is the defense that allows the most points to an opposing offense, they are the most generous in giving up points, right?? They are the worst defense in your league while the SF defense is the best (duh!)?

The table doesn’t tell you who is the best or worst defense. It tells which offense yields the most or least points to defenses. The New York Giants offense allows the most DST points. The San Francisco offense allows the fewest DST points.

I like it. Ive settled on both of them myself and would like to add a third as well. Nothing jumps out at me at the moment.

While the rest of my "best ball" team is a bloody mess, I have maneuvered my way to the top 2 defenses this week per Fantasy Pros. All while spending the minimum capital on draft night. After all that I'm sure they will each score 4 or 5 points this week, lol.

It represents the "most generous" offenses. The teams that can't score, turn the ball over, give up sacks, and make us hate to watch football. I'm looking at you Zach Wilson.

I'm in the same boat with Cleveland. It could be a rough and dirty AFC Central matchup but Baltimore is really clicking on all cylinders right now; total buzzsaw. I'm not confident in Deshaun not turning the ball over against their defense either.

I have Pittsburgh on my wire and hoping to land them for this week. Def not dropping Cleveland though as it should be butter after this week for the rest of the season.

I'm rolling with the Ravens, they are really destroying visiting teams this year.

Surprised Colts not listed.

Was live at Gillette last Sunday. NE offense is just downright terrible. Could not sustain drives against WASH D minus their top two pass rushers. Outside of Rhamandre getting lose, I wonder if they have 50 net yards of offense.

Not a great D, but they are disruptive in terms of sacks/ints and are at home.

Not a great week to stream. May stick with my CLE D, but hate this BALT matchup.

Colts defense has struggled this season but the unit is doing one thing really well

Grappling with CLE D today. Hate the matchup with L. Jackson (and I'm starting him).

Only other option is SEA vs WASH. Wash D can score with Howell and those weapons and they've gotten better in the sack department.

Probably not. I alluded to that possibility in my post; maybe Cleveland is the play all the way. I was just looking at +matchups.

According to BobbyLayne's chart, LAR are #17 vs defense while Hou is astoundingly ranked #30.

Same, but considering sticking with the Jets for this week @ BUF. Allen turns it over a lot, and the Jets did good against them earlier this year and last year. Plus, if Fields is back then the Lions look less desirable. I'm sure there are flaws in my reasoning, but just putting it out into the ether.
