I've had my eye on them for a while, but they've continued to underwhelm me defensively. Against good teams, they've stunk and against bad teams they've let their guard down rather than drop the hammer after their offense has given them (often huge) leads. They have Vic Fangio and a bunch of stud defenders, but it just seems like the team's overall culture is offensive minded under Mike Mac. Maybe that changes after the bye, but I am concerned their upcoming string of green matchups is really fool's green.
Picked them up as well. Pairing with the CLE D for now.

I have BAL + CLE paired, but looking ahead, it seems more accurate to say I’m starting the Browns ROS & keeping the Ravens away from my league mates.
Well, our CLE D just took a hit with D. Watson out for season. Offense will have some trouble staying on the field.

Woke up to this realization. How big of a hit is this. Have them paired w KC but was mostly going to use Cle D rest of year.
Never a good thing if the offense can't stay on the field or worse, keeps handing it over to the other team in good field position.
That said, this D is legit. Beat SF almost by itself. Maybe this rookie QB can keep the ship afloat.
Damn shame. Thought CLE was set it and forget it. Not so sure now.

I currently have the Jets, and have room to carry one more D - I have been using it to target streamers, but is there any team that pairs up well down the stretch - particularly weeks 14-16?

Fair. In our scoring they've had between 8 and 13 points the last 5 weeks. Averaging about 4 sacks a game. Now they are much healthier, especially in the secondary and they play teams ranked 23-29 vs defenses in the next 5. If they can't make hay with that they never will. I always try to look forward. Colts had been less than average but had 2 great matchups the past 2 weeks. I picked them up and they scored 30 and 15 I think. Defenses can change - see the Broncos. Hoping that's the case with the Dolphins

They pair perfectly with MIA, so I went ahead and preemptively scooped them this past weekend while they were on bye. Just gotta hope MIA can perform during this stretch of plus matchups.

Baltimore managers: How are you approaching ROS? They have a Week 13 bye, two decent matchups (LAR/@Jax) and then finish with two tough matchups (@SF/Mia).
I noticed today that the Chiefs had been dropped due to their bye week/Philly matchup, so I picked them up. Between the two of them it should get me through the rest of the way:
W11: Bal vs Cinci
12: KC @ LV
13: KC @ GB
14: Bal vs LAR
15: KC @ NE
16: KC vs LV
17: KC vs Cinci (or Bal vs Mia)

Our league has huge benches, so carrying BAL, CLE and KC. Should give me good options ROS.
I just scooped up MIA for BYE week coverage... now I'm on the fence about starting them over the Ravens tonight.
Miami has marginally better matchups ROS except they both have a bad one week 16. Balt D is playing so well they may just be set and forget D regardless.

I’m in the same boat. My main defense is Philly at Chiefs on MNF. My choices are the Giants, Broncos, Vikings or Texans
I don’t think I want to count on the Giants so may be rolling with the Vikes
Houston is underrated. Great playoff schedule too.

Exactly why I'm going with Miami (over Cle).I don't like my Jets this week vs Miami as a 10 point dog. Looking at Saints vs Atlanta, Broncos vs Cleveland, or Colts vs Tampa as possible replacements.

I keep starting the Steelers thinking they have a smash matchup.
And once again they are getting a question mark QB to tee off against.
But their offense makes it tough on them.

What did the Bills defense score last week? I’m seeing a discrepancy between two leagues in yahoo where one has them scoring 21 and one has them scoring 22, but the scoring details looks to be exactly the same, unless I’m missing something.
This coming from a guy who lost by .1 and went against the Bills.
There was a play when Zach Wilson got pushed out of bounds into Saleh that I remember Romo stating would be a sack, but it seemed more like a running/scramble play and I even thought it didn’t look like he lost yardage on it. I remember questioning Romo’s commentary at the time, but didn’t look much into it until now.

Got lucky and snagged Miami a couple of weeks ago. Dropped the Saints today to get Houston, thanks to @BobbyLayne ‘s post above. Now with the Fins and Texans, my DSTs get to match up against the Jets three times in the final stretch of the season. Yes please!
