12 team startup.

First two picks I had were Odell and AJ green.

Some of the remaining top guys: Dez, Keenan, Cooks, McCaffrey, Calvin, Mixon.

Thoughts on who I should go with? Thinking about building a win now team with AJ and Odell.

I'd go with McCaffrey, to be honest, I like him quite a but more than Green. I felt he was the best Rb in this year's class and is a top-10 RB for several years to come. 

If you are married to the win-now idea, I'd go Dez.

If you are win now I would go Dez or Keenan but I think I would go with a RB - although I am not sure I would go with one of the rookies.  You didn't list any other RB's so I am not sure what is available.  Based on the three you listed (I am assuming Calvin is really Dalvin Cook) I would also go with McCaffrey.  I like him the best out of all the rookie RB's.
