I feel the following players represent some value at their current ADP.

#9 TE – Chris Cooley – coming off injury, new system. Is there a problem with his recovery?

#22 RB – Joseph Addai – Donald Brown ?

#36 RB – Clinton Portis – Rat Face! LJ?

Are their other reasons for their current ADP?

I don't think there's problems with Cooley's recovery, but he is coming off a signficant injury. I think people are concerned about the effects it may have on his game as well as the emergence of Fred Davis. Davis came on and really became a quality pass catching tight end, he's still there. Things are not exactly the same just because Cooley is back on the field or at least it doesn't appear to be. If it goes back to that way, then Cooley will be a steal.Joseph Addai- Indy doesn't have a great running team and some figure Brown may vulture more carries and Td's away this year with improved play.Clinton Portis- An aging RB that didn't look all that good down the stretch last year. This year, there's Larry Johnson and a couple other guys over there that can spell these guys.I think all 3 of these guys you mention have some upside on where they're going in drafts.

I don't think Cooley is great value. Gates, Clark, Finley, Celek, Z Miller, Daniels, KW II, Witten, I'm not sure he's value at TE9 off the board at all. Are we projecting top5 numbers with Fred Davis pushing for time?

I like Zach Miller more in that neighborhood. I am concerned about Fred Davis in WAS. Love Addai at that spot.

Yes.

I have Addai at 26 and Portis 40 in my rankings. Portis hit a wall last year and I dont think he's going to make a comeback. I would rather not draft anybody on this team except for Cooley late. Addai did not run well at all last year. Indy's run blocking is not that good. I think he averaged 3 something a carry last year. And they have been saying that Brown has a better grasp of the offense and has been better at picking up the blitz. Addai is also in the last year of his contract and they will need to see what they have in Brown, especially at the end of the year when it matters.
