3 teams in my league finish tied with equal amount of Victory points.

First tie breaker is H2H matchups.

Team 1 splits season series with Team 2.

Team 2 beats Team 3.

Team 3 beats Team 1.

Who is the worst team?

Or would you need to go to the 2nd tiebreaker (total points)?

thanks,

I think most leagues have a rule that H2H only applies to 2 teams. If you do not have such a rule, then Team 1 is "worst" - but you should change the rule to only apply H2H when the teams have played an even number of games - or if there has been a season sweep by one of the teams.

If you have a tiebreaker breakdown you should already have an answer. Are all 3 teams tied in victory points? If yes, move down. Are all 3 teams tied in overall record? If yes, move down. Are all 3 teams tied in head to head? If yes, move down. Are all 3 teams tied in total points? If yes, move down. Are all 3 teams tied in division record? In yes, then you have a problem.Eliminate one or both of the teams using this methodology. I believe you should only use head to head if all teams played the same number of games. So a team that went 3-1 should not have an advantage vs a team that went 2-1 because the schedule was not even.If you get to a tiebreaker that eliminates one team but not another, you may need to start back at the top of the list comparing 2 teams instead of 3. For example, you may not be able to use head to head for the reason I just explained but you may be able to use that if there are only 2 teams if they played each other.

Do you have divisions? if they are in different divisions tie break in the division, then out of it.
We do have divisions.1 & 2 are in the same division (hence playing twice).Team 1 scored more total points then Team 2.
I am amazed that this wasn't planned on.round robin records mean ZERO IMO#1 Head to Head (no team eliminated)#2 divsional record (N/A)#3 Total pts scored#4 Most pts scored against

this is what was done. h2h was thrown out due to the 3 way tie & points were used for the seeding. 3-2-1

This was the commish's answer to me. (i'm team 1, hi raiders :( ) Since this wasnt defined in the rules (that H2H needs a clean sweep in a 3 way) i didnt understand how i did not come up as the worst team.
