49ers vs Cowboys - Wild Card (-3, o/u 51) (1 Viewer)

Talking heads are giving Niners a real shot here. I think it comes down to how their defense performs and if their running game can limit Cowboy possesions. 
IF the Niners control game flow with MItchell,Samuel,et all then pressure is off Jimmy G. IF they don't then it falls on Jimmy G. to make big plays. He's played well lately.

I wouldn't be surprised if Niners won,I wouldn't be surprised if Cowboys got up early and win easily. So I'll flip my FBG's championship medal and say HEADS Niners TAILS Boys. toss.....

I would even root for the Pats or the Steelers (although I wouldn't feel good about it -- it's like rooting for Ohio State to win its bowl game for B1G solidarity) to beat the Cowboys...so it's easy to root for the Niners.

 
My 10 keys to winning:

1. Play fast and up tempo. Do not slow the game down to the benefit of the niners. 

2. Need to take multiple deep shots. Niners worst against the pass of 15 yards or greater. 

3. Expect trick plays, misdirection and lots of Deebo. 

4. Diggs cannot bite and gamble on double moves.

5. Jumbo lines should work well against the niners and be sure Pollard is involved. 

6. Get Coop going early

7. Let the Lion roar and roam. Line him up everywhere. It’s time to totally unleash him. 

8. Run blitz a lot. Get them behind the sticks and make Jimmy beat us. Not a great 3rd down team. 

9. Dak needs to scramble and show he’s a threat to pull it down and run with it.

10. Greg the Leg must not miss kicks.

Dallas is not losing today, gut feeling but even if they botch a FG snap and lose by 1, don't think he will be fired. Could Ginger do what McCarthy has done the last 2 seasons? 

JJ can say whatever he wants but McCarthy allows him to have direct access to the players and he always wants that and one of the reasons he likes to promote his own coaches from within instead of always looking outside of the organization. 

McCarthy is Wade Phillips 2.0 but with a Lombardi Trophy on his resume as HC. 

 
Dallas 28...San Fran 24

-Something like Dwight Clark 40 years ago but in reverse, maybe it's CeeDee Lamb or Amari Cooper or maybe even Wilson or Schultz but Dallas has a plethora of weapons to hurt San Fran and their Defense will be jacked to stop an Offense being heralded as able to beat Dallas where most teams have had a lot of difficulties this season. 

The Dallas Defense is the difference in this game IMHO, think they will take the ball from Jimmy G not once but twice and get some shorter fields to find points more easily.

On paper, getting Dallas at home opening round of Playoffs and they are a 3 point fav? 

WOW! That almost never happens even with their recent track record
