I'm getting the 7th pick in my upcoming 12 team 1/2 point per receiption draft. I'm keeping Stafford from last year and losing my 6th round pick and I'm leaning towards keeping McGahee and losing my 10th round pick.
Based on my mock and the keepers who are staying with other teams, it looks like i'm going to have a choice of one of Brady, Rodgers or Brees, Chris Johnson, McFadden or MJD. It is possible that Calvin Johnson could drop but I'm anticapating a fellow owner (and a huge Megatron fan) to grab him. I had Chris Johnson last year and i'm very nervous to take him again. Fool me once shame on me blah blah blah. I know they say he looks better but he was god awful last season and ruined my year. I'm leaning towards taking McFadden. Am I crazy based on his injury history? It has been my belief that if he ever plays more than 14 games he might be the best fantasy back in the game. Should I play it "safe" with CJ2K, who is a rare injury concern, or take the potential upside, but high risk, and McFadden? Or does someone else have a suggestion? I already have Stafford as a 6th round value so I won't take a QB, MJD's still holding out and losing touches by the day and the following are being kept by others (Newton, J Jones, R Matthews AJ Green).
