A few players I like... (1 Viewer)

Dwayne Harris (Cowboys) - only saw this guy play once but was impressed. He makes his own yards. I believe he is WR3 for the Cowboys. If an opportunity presented itself, I believe he can make plays.Alshon Jeffery (Bears) - definitely a guy to watch in TD heavy leagues. Cutler targetted this guy often (especially in the RZ). If he can learn a thing or two from Marshall...AJ Jenkins (49ers) - Manningham is a WR3 at best. This guy was taken in the 1st Round and reminds me quite a bit of Greg Jennings.Would love to see him on the field with Crabtree, Kaepernick, and Davis.DuJuan Harris - Former cars salesman. The guy runs hard. Platoon him and Green. I like what I've seen.Andre Roberts + Michael Floyd - pay attention to what happens in AZ this offseason with OC.One of these guys is a QB away from producing. There's more but I suddenly got busy...

Agreed, The D Harris choice will get some flak but he could be a cheap flex option. Harris might not get many goal line looks but he just needs to catch a few passes to get you 8-10 points a game-not a stud RB but would be a consistent FF starter.

My thoughts are geared more towards dynasty value just FYII agree with Harris & Jeffrey. I admittedly dont know much about AJ Jenkins. Like DuJuan Harris too. Floyd & Roberts impressed at times too even without a QB. I hope to see that situation work out this offseason.I would add Andrew Hawkins as he seems to make plays when they can get him the ball in open space. I would love to see him get to return some kicks and punts as that could add to his value in return leagues. I realize he will most likely be competing with Sanu in the slot for looks but he is ultra quick and I think it would be wise to get him 5 to 6 touches/catches a game in hopes that he can break off a big play. Sometimes guys just seem to jump off the screen with the ball in their hands and he strikes me as that type of spark plug. Im not touting him as a stud by any means but i can see some WR3 with upside especially in return leagues (possibly) and ppr. I imagine his cost would be pretty low in dynasty leagues and may still be available on the wire in some leagues.Id also like to see more of Blount somewhere, anywhere.Chris Ivory is interesting especially if he is NOT back with New Orleans.David Ausberry is intriguing if Al Saunders is back as the OC in Oakland. (only because it seems that Knapp had no idea how to use him and Myers is no lock to be re-signed)

That's funny. Everyone here is on my "avoid" list. Except Floyd. Goes to show how differing philosophies can really seperate owners in dynasty (scoring and rules differences aside) love it.

i'm guessing it's not this guy

I would feel better about Jenkins if he could do something positive in the post season. His usage or lack thereof isn't exactly giving me a warm fuzzy feeling about his prospects next year.

Alshon is dicey I think because we don't know what changes will come to this team and its an old team defensively and there are o-line issues, and while Alshon would appear to be a nice red zone target, he still has to take food off Marshall's plate and Cutler seems only to have eyes for him in the vast majority of situations.

I'm also always skeptical of any Packers RB game...just don't trust it (I play in dynasties so redraft, sure...but I'm not going to invest in dynasty).

Two young unknowns I am really looking at right now are Devier Posey, Houston and Devon Wylie, Kansas City. Much can and probably will happen in the next few months but I am liking what I am seeing from the growth process/opportunity from Posey and I think the opportunity for Wylie or a guy like him just really opened up in KC.

Posey is a former 5 star recruit and looked good his soph and junior seasons before missing almost all of 2011 due to the suspension. The talent is there if he can put it all together.I love Wylie's talent and think he can be a very productive NFL player. Could be a PPR beast if he can stay healthy - big if though.

AJ Jenkins has the upside of a Nate Burleson. Not shifty like Jennings. Needs to learn to get off press and be more physical. Never saw him play to his speed in college like Chris Givens did, even though they ran the same 40 time.

Really? I can see avoiding Jeffrey and Jenkins if they both carry 1st round pick type price tags but the rest should be fairly cheap. I don't usually put cheap players on my avoid list.

Cheap is fine and all. But all of these guys have "bench filler" upside in my eyes. Floyd seems to be the only guy here with strong enough talent to overcome their "spot starter" roles they've carved for themselves. I think DuJuan is a specific one to avoid, because I fully expect GB to address their run game as a priority this offseason, whether through FA or draft. I think anyone who buys Harris between now and April in dynasty will regret it when he ends up the inevitable second fiddle to an Eddie Lacey or Steven Jackson. I suppose Dwayne Harris could make a bit of noise if They let Austin walk, but I'd just as soon let the lot of them grow mold on the end of someone else's bench, because I really can't see any of them catching fire any time soon.

I wouldnt be surprised if Harris wasn't the WR2 in Dallas next year. Definately a good buy low. I believe Austin may be shown the door or traded during the offseason.

I would expect Austin to be asked to restructure. I'd be surprised if Austin and Dallas don't come to an agreement, but its possible that they don't and he gets released.I'd be flat out shocked if they go into training camp with Harris as their #2. If they let Austin go, I imagine they bring in a vet.

Jenkins is much faster than Burleson, but I agree he's not Jennings. He definitely needs to get stronger, IMO that's been his biggest problem so far. I compare him to Santonio Holmes, hopefully without the head problems.
