Liam Gallagher - Wall of Glass

From NME

Liam added: “But I do wish a lot of these ####### bands would do a bit of jousting or whatever it is. It’s all got very ####### boring, ya know. It’s got nothing to do with pop or Simon Cowell or any of these ####s, its got to do with you [presumably Noel], you ####### ####. You’ve got the tools to make guitar music dangerous but you’re not doing it, you’re choosing to join their gang, just to be on the ####### radio. You’re not gonna get a watered-down version of me, ever. I’d rather stay true to myself. I’m not ####### diluting it to get on ####### Radio 1 or Radio 2 or Radio 900. It ain’t happening. There’s the record, play it or don’t play it.”
It's a real shame they couldn't have stayed together years ago.

I'm going to risk my man-card by recommending viewing a couple of Paramore clips here.

The first is a live  cover of them doing Drakes Passionfruit.  Hayley not only looks great in it--but she flat out kills it. Definitely a cool vibe and a must watch.

I know this next Paramore song is terrible--but it's super catchy. I also like that they perform it very well live. Here is them performing "Hard Times" on Kimmel.   Very 80's feel to it.

Apparently I'm trying to single handedly double the popularity of Joywave--but they just keeping coming out with great music. Their new song "It's a Trip" is very cool and catchy. Not only that--the video does feature a scantily clad female that is worth giving me likes for even if you listen to the song on mute.  Enjoy the song and the lovely female:

Have been playing this one a lot the past week.  They remind me of Glass Animals Gooey (old song I know)

"Hands Down" by The Greeting Committee

If it sounds kinda like a high school garage band to you... it's four teenagers who met at the same high school.  Saw them this summer opening for MisterWives.  Nothing ground-breaking musically, but energetic and fun to watch perform.  Getting some radio play here on the local alternative rock station.

I *think* that I shared another The Districts song in this thread already, but If Before I Wake has been getting a lot of play by me recently... and the video cracks me up too lol @ mustaches.

missed this song when the album came out... it's great- thanks for posting.

seems like all these slacker musicians have moustaches. floppinho does performance at NYC's school of rock... the main guy there plays with parquet courts (part-time) and is in and around a lot of bands (friends w protomartyr). it's all about that stache.

Let it All Go, Beats Antique (and Preservation Hall - this #### don't #### around but damn, it funk around all kidsa goodness)
