@sho nuff I never gave any thought to your name or avatar.  Funny enough, a buddy asked me if I had ever seen The Last Dragon.  He let me borrow the Blu-Ray (Yes, he had it on Blu-Ray).

Anyway, the lightbulb immediately went off as soon as I started watching the movie.   Sho Nuff was one bad dude!

From experience, you are correct.. it is not far off from what a Cystocele/Rectocele Repair looks like post dissection, pre repair/graft implant.
