Good point. I was just checking to see if there was an injury I was unaware of. By next week at this time he will be back up to .235 where he belongs.I'd worry more about him getting traded away from the GAB at the deadline. He's in his walk year.

And because of those two stats, he'll remain one of the most underrated players in the majors.Don't worry, he'll back to hitting .250 with 175Ks in no time![]()

He also walked 4 times before you finished writing that post.Adam Dunn will strikeout 5 times before I finish writing this post.
Dusty is tough on bullpens, has been known to abuse starting pitchers on occasion and is sometimes inexplicably loyal to non-productive role players, but I don't see how he's going to hurt Dunn's production. I know Baker talked about aggressiveness during spring training but Dunn still has the bat in his hands when he's up. He'll get his three true outcomes regardless what Dusty says. The biggest worry you should have with Adam Dunn is Dusty Baker.
Let's hope. But with Dusty chirping about being more aggressive and "hacking" more so he doesn't "clog up the bases" -- those things could take a toll.Dusty is tough on bullpens, has been known to abuse starting pitchers on occasion and is sometimes inexplicably loyal to non-productive role players, but I don't see how he's going to hurt Dunn's production.
