Adam Jones - starter? kick returner? (1 Viewer)

I took a chance on him in my league where return yards get you points. Does anyone know how he looks and if he is still practicing with the first string?

All reports that I've read indicate that he has been rotating in with the first team, but isn't a "starter" yet. He is definitely in on all nickle and dime packages, though.

Also, actions point to him being their PR most likely and KR is possible.

I took a risk on him as a DB4 in a start 2 league. If he gets the returns and at least a 3rd cornerback role in Dallas, he'll be worth keeping in that spot and could outscore my #3 guy.

I think Goodell is supposed to rule on this before the season starts.

I heard on the radio yesterday that Pacman will be getting the start in the 3rd pre-season game as left CB.

Looks like the Boys are wanting to roll the dice with him and see if he can handle being a starter. Speculation was that it is his job to lose.

Nevermind, this apparently may not be the case. The radio show host (can't remember who) seemed to think that Pacman was the new starter, but Rotoworld points out that he is just holding down the spot until Newman is recovered from a pre-season injury.

Just read that he was reinstated officially to the NFL. So.....it will be interesting to see if he starts at either corner.
