nah, not at this time. Id assume addai could be handcuffed pretty cheap in draftsNo Kenton Keith option?
No, Edge went to Arizona to make room for Addai...........Oh never mind! I voted for Addai as well. It's not even close for me really. Age, injury history, high powered offense, all factors seem to favor Addai.Edge goes to Addai.
Addai will win this because he scored 3 TD's last week, and Gore didnt score any. Trying to ignore recent production, i give Gore a slight talent edge, but everything else favors Addai, and thats who i voted for.
I posted this in F&L's Dynasty thread and I am too lazy to re-type it:I don't have a problem with picking Addai over Gore - dynasty or redraft.I am questioning the notion that Addai is as talented as Gore is. It's been mentioned in this thread that Gore was talented pre-injury. Gore this very day is more explosive than Addai. Period. Take Addai in your fantasy drafts over Gore. Enjoy. But don't trick yourself into thinking that Addai is just as talented as Gore.Addai will win this because he scored 3 TD's last week, and Gore didnt score any. Yea, talent wise I don't think it's very close to be honest. Addai is a very solid RB in the ultimate situation. Gore is a special talent in a dreadful situation.I posted this in F&L's Dynasty thread and I am too lazy to re-type it:I don't have a problem with picking Addai over Gore - dynasty or redraft.I am questioning the notion that Addai is as talented as Gore is. I agree. Put Gore in Indy and he'd put up tecmo like numbers.Yea, talent wise I don't think it's very close to be honest. Addai is a very solid RB in the ultimate situation. My reason to question this is that I feel it is really unwise to project years down the road for RBs. QB and WRs, yes, but not RBs. And there is nothing that would lead one to believe that Indy won't be pretty much as they are for at least the next 2-3 years.I'm surprised at how one-sided it is for Addai.
Even as an Addai owner, in a dynasty league, I'd rather have Gore. Addai right nowi] obviously has a better offense, but let's not forget that Gore put up monster numbers last year in a rather poor offense. And the SF offense can always get better - we're talking dynasty here - while at some point down the line, it's possible that the Colts' offense isn't quite as dominant (see Kansas City).
Above all, over the longer term, I'd rather have a guy who is the focal point of their offense, which is clearly Gore in this case.
I can agree with that. With the shelf life of RBs, the window is much smaller.Still, I'd rather have Gore given how the offense runs through him. We see what he can do last year, even in a bad offense. There's no reason he can't turn it around again next year.My reason to question this is that I feel it is really unwise to project years down the road for RBs. QB and WRs, yes, but not RBs. SarcasmNo Kenton Keith option? Why would there be?
In dynasty, id take Gore in a heartbeat with the hope that San Fran can get better. AS far as talent goes, there really isn't a comparison. Gore may be the best pure runnning back in all of football.I agree. Put Gore in Indy and he'd put up tecmo like numbers.Yea, talent wise I don't think it's very close to be honest. I do not believe that the people voting for Addai are all in Dynasty Leagues. In fact I think some of them probably don't know what a Dynasty League is.SarcasmNo Kenton Keith option? Why would there be?

Thats true, and he has a pretty nice schedule too. I think it will come down to Smith,Jackson, and Davis staying healthy. Obviously those injuries didnt helpStill, I'd rather have Gore given how the offense runs through him. We see what he can do last year, even in a bad offense. There's no reason he can't turn it around again next year....except there's no reason he can't turn it around the 2nd half of this year.
Like Maroney?Addai. Always go with the guy in the 'for sure' offense that will at least be NEAR the endzone.
Yes. He's another to take instead of Gore. You're catching onzamboni said:Like Maroney?kevthegrad said:Addai. Always go with the guy in the 'for sure' offense that will at least be NEAR the endzone.

I think someone dropped some LSD in the Shark Pool.I have both Gore and Maroney on my Dynasty team. No way in a million years should anyone prefer Maroney over Gore - Dynasty OR redraft. Maroney isn't half the talent Gore is.Seriously?Yes. He's another to take instead of Gore.zamboni said:Like Maroney?kevthegrad said:Addai.
