ADP & auction values? (1 Viewer)

sorry people but I'm not up on all the hi tech tools available.  I start drafting next weekend for various leagues & wondering if the present ADP & auction values are based over the last 3 or 4 months?  Reason being is that they are not realistic if that is the case.  Any way to get the draft values(auction & redraft) over the last 2 weeks or so?
