Yahoo's Jason Cole reports that Toby Gerhart and Adrian Peterson will "share carries" Sunday against the Jaguars.

Peterson definitely will be active, but this will be a running back committee on Opening Day. It's a dicey fantasy situation against a pretty good Jaguars defense with no clarity in the backfield pecking order. We didn't even see Peterson take a preseason carry. Adrian Peterson is active and in the starting lineup for Sunday's opener versus Jacksonville.

Although Peterson is receiving the start, he is expected to share carries with Toby Gerhart in a bit of a fantasy quandary. KFAN just announced that not only is he active, but will get the start. Obviously has no bearing on how many snaps and carries he gets, but just made the whole situation a lot murkier.
