what is the probability of the Bills scoring the TD from the 2? Gotta be at least 50% and you almost certainly win the game.

Kick the FG and I suppose the Ravens' chances of scoring a TD after the kickoff are still not that high and you know you almost certainly can't lose in regulation. But you do risk giving up bad field position.
