AFCC Game Thread: Patriots/Broncos - The Final Showdown (2 Viewers)

That overturned call was ridiculous. The whistle blew, the ref signaled incompletion, and the Pats player picked up the ball after both those things happened. Replays should stop as soon as a whistle is blown. It's a terrible awful rule.

Play till the whistle unless it's possibly a play that could get reviewed then you have to keep playing post whistle.

Lets says a Den player flattens a Pats player going for the ball but in the process recovers the ball, all of this happens post whistle. Den player will get a flag for a late hit but it's worth it to recover the ball.

Yeah can we stop this already? It's a well known rule that they implemented a couple years ago.

Can you cite the specific rule you are referring to? Here is the official 2015 rulebook for reference.

This play comes up all the time with fumbles. Not sure how much NFL some of you watch. It was ruled correctly

Think they realized their mistake and got a quick call to try to back track.

It's almost better for Microsoft to have them break because it's more free advertising
