AFCC Game Thread: Patriots/Broncos - The Final Showdown (2 Viewers)

This is the worst I've seen Brady look in a long time.

Considering the duress he is under, I think he's looks fine.

That one incompletion happened because his arm was hit as he was throwing, yet Simms acted like he underthrew it. Dope.
he's 9/18 for 87 yards and an interception that should have been a pick 6. He's thrown several poor passes and is not seeing the open receiver. He's off. No doubt in my mind.

That overturned call was ridiculous. The whistle blew, the ref signaled incompletion, and the Pats player picked up the ball after both those things happened. Replays should stop as soon as a whistle is blown. It's a terrible awful rule.

Play till the whistle unless it's possibly a play that could get reviewed then you have to keep playing post whistle.

Lets says a Den player flattens a Pats player going for the ball but in the process recovers the ball, all of this happens post whistle. Den player will get a flag for a late hit but it's worth it to recover the ball.
Yeah can we stop this already? It's a well known rule that they implemented a couple years ago.
Can you cite the specific rule you are referring to? Here is the official 2015 rulebook for reference.
This play comes up all the time with fumbles. Not sure how much NFL some of you watch. It was ruled correctly
It was ruled correctly. It's a ridiculous rule.

As I was saying...

ARTICLE 5. KICKING TEAM PLAYER VOLUNTARILY OUT OF BOUNDS.If a member of the kicking team is forced out of bounds, or goes out of bounds voluntarily, and does not attempt to return inbounds in a reasonable amount of time, it is a foul for Unsportsmanlike Conduct. (12-3-1-w)
 Guess it depends on your interpretation of "attempt to return".

I wonder if NE would be better off lining up with 6 O linemen. It's not like they are going to throw it to anyone but Edelman or Gronk anyways
