You can make subs. Only subs that the voters think will make an impact will affect game play, though.
EDIT: I see what you mean. If wdcrob had earned bonuses from his bench, I would have used the subs and the bonuses for him even though he wasn't here.

Yup. I know that kind of sucks. But I either had to make it so that subbing Frankie Hejduk was as good as subbing in Samuel Eto'o or do it this way.So if you lose that vote it's pointless to sub?

Do you think Desailly will bounce back from the terrible mistake of an own goal?
GAFFER- I don't think it was his fault. I think the ref missed Suarez trying to attack Desailly. He was right to try to get away from that wild animal, even though it costs us a goal. I'll make sure UEFA see the video footage.

I have no idea what's going on in here, but can't you somehow bump whatever are the sub comes on for with a fresh legs boost? Weigh it so the poll still matters, but something for subs on both sides.
