Good question, a loose component cable either at the TV or the cable box could cause that.

hey crhisto i had that happen and it ended up that the three or four cables i can not remember that carry video signal from the cable box were loose at the back of the tv and when i reset them in firmly the colors were normal again hey give it a whirl and good luck brohan take that to the bank
