He has a GREAT running back combo in MJD and FT but he only gives them the ball 18 times.....TOTAL!

Even with those limited carries all they do is run for 215 yards and 2 TD.

Not only that but he has a middle of the road (at best) QB in Garrard and TERRIBLE WRs but still throws the ball 34 times??

I thought the Jags were a run first team? If JDL had any sense he would make the run/pass distribution slant towards the run every week! Hell, I would even settle for an even distribution.

Ya, ya, I know they won in a blow out so how can I criticize. But that’s all the more reason to run the ball…..he should understand his personnel and lean on the run each and every game.

Maybe other teams realize that they have a mediocre QB and awful WRs, so they stack the line against the run most plays. I haven't seen a JAX game this year, so I have no idea if that's the case or not, but it's a possibility.

I know from the highlight package I saw, the only player sighted was MJD. Hopefully the Jags video staff will give the coaches the edited version for their review !

I am certainly not the biggest defender of Jack Del Rio, but this topic is pretty poor; they just won by 20 points. I am pretty sure that Del Rio doesn't give a #### about how many carries each RB gets, as long as his team wins. MJD gets the critical carries when the game is on the line. I can see that this doesn't sit well with you fantasy guys.

I am of the opinion that MJD should get a few more carries each game, but the Jags just brought their record to 4-1. I'll take it all day long.
