Walter Thurmond, Trumaine McBride, Prince Amukamara and sixth-round draft choice Bennett Jackson are on injured reserve. Now, veteranZack Bowman, the probable starter opposite Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, has been hospitalized with what is being called "a lower abdominal injury."

If Bowman can't play Sunday, that leaves the Giants with Rodgers-Cromartie, who is battling his own leg and back issues, Jayron Hosley, Chandler Fenner and newly-signed Mike Harris and Chykie Brown. Yikes!

Baldwin might be the play, but he didn't practice Wednesday and is questionable with a groin injury so we need to keep an eye on that.
