ROLB Kamerion Wimbley -- Looks quicker than 07. Seems like a lock for 10+ sacks. LB2 upside in standard leagues.RILB D'Qwell Jackson -- Also looks better than last year. Has been playing well in the nickel.LILB Andra Davis -- Still no official word on severity of ankle injury yet. Didn't play in the nickel in Week P1.LOLB Antwan Peek -- Has looked very good this preseason in all phases. No lock that McGinest takes snaps by midseason.ILB Leon Williams -- Played over Davis in the nickel. Looked good in the base defense with Davis out last year and this preseason. Not out of the question that he'll stay in the starting lineup when Davis returns from injury. In standard IDP situations, he holds the best value of the bunch today.Whats the story with the rest of the Browns Linebackers?Leon Williams is now starting and so is Wimbley. Is Peek going to be a huge sleeper or is McGinist going to regain his starting position when healthy? This group has me totally confused?!?I currently have Wimbley, but don't even know if he is worth it or not... Someone help me understand this group....![]()

Duhhh dun....Duhhhhh dun.....Dun dun dun dun da dun....Dun dun dun dun da dun....SHARK!!! SHARK!!! Get out the water!!!I love it... Traded A Davis for 2.03 Rookie Draft pick this off-season... I picked Pat Willis... oh sweet it is.
He's about on the same pace as Mike Peterson I believe.AND ONE MORE THING...: Inside linebacker Andra Davis, who has led the Browns in tackles in three of the last four years, including last season, is No. 1 again in 2007 with 17 total tackles, 10 solos and one tackle for a loss. Fellow inside linebacker D'Qwell Jackson is next with 15. The problem is that cornerback Eric Wright is third with 11. When someone in your secondary is making that number of tackles, it means that too many people in the front seven are struggling

I agree that Peterson is a better talent than Davis. Does anyone know why Davis has been "struggling" lately? Didn't he used to be a promising stud at the LB spot?I wonder what his contract situation is? Could he land somewhere else soon as a MLB in a 4-3?Cleveland Browns >> Total Offensive Plays Faced >>> 212 (most overall)Jacksonville Jaguars >> Total Offensive Plays Faced >>> 163 (2nd fewest overall)Cleveland Browns >> Rushing Attempts per Game >>> 36.3Jacksonville Jaguars >> Rushing Attempts per Game >>> 30.7Andra Davis (all boxscore plays = 13) >>> 6% of teamMike Peterson (all boxscore plays = 20) >>> 12% of teamThat 12% number isn't anything special. Davis signed a five year extension (through 2010) after the 2005 season. Leon Williams has replaced him in the nickel package all year long and has taken a fair amount of his opportunity.I agree that Peterson is a better talent than Davis.
