Android tablet for children (1 Viewer)

Haven't seen any topics on this for awhile and we are in the Christmas shopping season. We have decided to get our 2 youngest children (ages 13 and 8) tablets for Christmas this year. We got them Nooks 4 years ago and while the tablets are still going strong, battery life is starting to become an issue.

We are probably going to get them 10 inch tablets this time around and would rather go for the full android experience which knocks out the kindle. I have had very good luck with lenovo (desktop and laptop) so I have looked a couple lenovo tablets, but it has been a long time since I have really researched tablets.

What tablets have you had the best luck with? They use them all the time so battery life is a big concern and storage would be somewhat of a concern. Has to have a camera because they are getting to the age when they want to skype with their friends (especially the 13 yr old).

I also got the 10" galaxy for my kid. Expandable and you can get some great kid friendly cases for them as well.

Downside was having to link a Gmail account to be able to get into the play store, but setting up a random one is not tough.
